1 out of 5 stars! Amazon turning into a bad Ebay seller? 2010-08-26Amazon does not have T510s in stock so they are trying to get away with sending SL510s, a laptop that costs 50 of T510's price. They did it twice in a row to me. They probably get away with it occasionally. Customer Support was a joke, just towing the company line. First representative just hung up on me mid-conversation (Live Chat session). Second one made it sound like he is doing me a favor for refunding the money?! Oh, and there is a couple of weeks wait to have the money refunded. Possibly add another week of Amazon dragging their feet when they start discovering blemishes on an otherwise sealed packaging. All in all, Amazon is not to be trusted with purchases above $30 any more. Sad to see it happen...
